Jameson: We have a result!

We’ve all waited for a long time for this, but finally. We received a lot of great pitches so it wasn’t an easy decision to choose the best ones – this is a great acknowledgement to you! Thanks for participation and efforts in Jameson’s brief: “‘Legendary Tales of John Jameson’ Advertising Campaign”. Let us all congratulate these stars:

  • Gold medal to “Kith and Kin”, by Dave Quirk: 6 000 euro
  • Silver medal to “Absent friends”, by Brownsville: 3 000 euro
  • Bronze medal to “What would James do”, by Pelicula: 1 000 euro

Dave Quirk describes himself as a true creative innovator who believes in big ideas. He’s a passion for developing brands and new experiences. Just what Dave did with Jameson. Today he works at PiPier, founded by himself, whose mission is to facilitate creative and innovative solutions to global problems. Another interesting thing to mention about this winner, in 1999 he founded Nude Restaurants – an organic fast food chain – in Ireland in collaboration with Norman Hewson!

Brownsville
IRL Brownsville listens to Patrik Berg. He holds a master degree from Konstfack (department of graphic design and illustration), has extensive experience as art director and teaching graphic design at Hyper Island and Berghs School of Communications (Sweden’s top creative schools). Patrik has been responsible for two very, very Swedish things: Design of the “new” Dala horse and IKEA’s furniture catalogue. Pelicula
Pelicula is a one man creative shop located in Stockholm, Sweden, and the philosophy is simple: A great idea can make a limited budget look big. And that’s exactly what Pelicula managed to create in the Jameson brief. Visit the agency’s site to find out more.
